This time of year is all about tastings! As a caterer who takes care of only the most discerning clients, we feel that tastings are an essential part of our process with you, leading up to your wedding or big event. We love getting to spend a few hours with you talking through your day whilst you relax, enjoying your delicious final menu choices. Developing a real sense of what you want to see helps us make our service as personal as we can. Knowing you have a tasting to look forward to, in my mind, is a dead giveaway that you’ve booked an excellent caterer who has nothing to hide! 🤍

This gorgeous gallery has just landed in my inbox from from L&J’s late September wedding. Such a lovely contrast to see deep autumnal colours on the tables, particularly looking out of the window at the bare branches that January gives us! 🧡 Our Burleigh plates adding that lovely antique touch.

The perfect Beef Wellington for last night’s lucky 18. Our lovely repeat clients asked us to help them celebrate a big birthday with a bespoke request menu. Canapés, Lobster Bisque and Giant Raviolo to start, top tier Beef Wellington with Winter Truffle Mash to follow and his favourite Rum Baba to finish. A real treat of a meal! We love private dining just as much as big events 🤍

Today we say goodbye to our beloved Head Chef of the last 3 and a half years. To stay you’ve been a staple of the CB kitchen is an understatement, CB wouldn’t be where it is today without you. Through ups and downs, thousands of plates of food, countless thrilled clients and a lot of van troubles 👀 you’ve been fun to have around and a grafter until the end. We will miss you, better look after you ❤️

We are thrilled to announce that from 2026 we will be one of the three marvellous catering partners at in Knighton. A beautifully set location for all variety of celebrations, we’re so pleased to team up with another venue who loves their couples as much as we do! 🥂

THANK YOU to everyone who came out to dine and drink with us at the market late night lastnight. It was so lovely to see some past clients, some (hopefully) future ones and to meet lots of new faces. We sold out of some of the dishes in record time and had an absolute blast! Don’t forget we will be in the same place for the next two weeks on Tues, Weds, Fri & Sat during the daytime 🤍🍸🧆

We are POPPING UP! Join us at for a series of cakes and bakes, delicious coffee from , Greek Pies from our favourite Greek and more treats to eat in or take away. Open Tues, Weds, Fri and Sat both weeks it’s an installation not to be missed. We’re also coming to the late night THIS SATURDAY 2nd NOVEMBER with cocktails and seasonal small plates. L&F’s May menu showcased the most delicious Welsh spring lamb leg, early Staffordshire Asparagus and a selection of traditional British cheeses to finish ✨
