Our biggest gift bouquet ever!

We had a lovely order to celebrate a 5th wedding anniversary. The customer said that the flowers had been such an important part of the wedding that they wanted something special for this important anniversary.

The bouquet is made up of 3 smaller bouquets, each with their own distinct colour palette but with flowers that work together to make the whole. It can be displayed together or in a combination of vases. This makes our large bouquets versatile and all the more interesting for the recipient.

If you have a celebration or just an abundance of love for someone, this might be just the thing to show that you care.

It's a beautiful end to a busy week. It's easy to be so busy that you literally forget to stop and smell the roses. But slowing down and appreciating the beauty of the flowers, wildlife and the evening light has been a fabulous way to end the week.
I hope you all get a chance to enjoy some beauty too this weekend.

Some gorgeous buckets of blooms have left the field this week despite the challenging weather! We've also had lots of lovely visitors, new customers and even a picnic. Definitely a week to remember!

Supplying the flowers for this funeral tribute was special. Created to celebrate the life of a Botanist, Wild Meadow Floral asked us to bring a mix of beautiful, unusual, scented and wild flowers and foliage. Between us I think we did her proud. ❤️

We were honestly so privileged to be especially asked to create the funeral flowers for a lady who spent her life as a botanist. We were chosen especially to create her funeral flowers due to our wild style and use of seasonal, textural, unusual flowers & foliage. This and the other tributes were 100% locally grown flowers which we hope she would have loved. Thanks to for providing them.

As we've had a lot of new followers recently I thought it might be a good time to give everyone some info on what we're about. We were also lucky to have the wonderful visit recently to capture a harvesting session, so you can see some rare photos of the extremely camera shy Emma at work.

Our flower farm is just outside Cardiff and we've been growing on a field at our friends farm (Shout out to Steve and Babs! ❤️) for 3 years.

From the start we wanted to grow in the most sustainable and regenerative way possible. Truly believing that we should give more to Mother Nature than we take. So even though we grow and cut lots of flowers, we are mindful that we share this land with literally billions of other creatures, so it's our responsibility to work with nature and not against it. It's this holistic approach that produces the strength and beauty of our blooms and creates food and habitats for so much wildlife.

So with every bouquet, wedding floral, DIY bucket or florist delivery that leaves the farm, not only are there beautiful blooms, there's also the knowledge that these flowers didn't cost the Earth.

This weekend is the so even though we couldn't open up, hopefully you'll enjoy this sneak peek of life on our flower farm.
