MY most demanding customer.....
By far is my daughter. My 9 year old daughter to be specific (I have 3!)
Of course it has to be Taylor themed and she wanted a sheet style cake.
Chocolate sponge with a little vanilla icing and a lot of chocolate (but she only likes buttercream)
Multicoloured sprinkles and a little silver sparkle 💖
I love a sheet cake! Also so easy for cutting up to eat or to hand out at the end of your party!
My daughter also loved it and she can't wait to have some after her birthday McDonald's for tea!

BUSINESS GOALS FOR 2024....
I am currently embracing a slow start to 2024 which is a top perk of being a self-employed individual!
I'm taking the time to relax with the little ones in and hubby before they go back to school & work next week, keeping the tree up a little bit longer, movie marathons and still enjoying a festive diet of cheese, crisps, chocolate and fizz! Totally revelling in the flexibility my work allows me!
So in 2024 I'm bringing more self care, doing more things I love and enjoying each month for what it is and what It brings without searching out the next event/occasion all the time.
I'm leaving behind people pleasing, imposter syndrome and caring what other people think.
Specific business goals include catering more weddings and getting some wholesale clients for pick & mix bags!
