* Chicken cushion .. Chicken Breast stuffed with a pepper and sage sausage meat, served with a chasseur sauce, with chef's selection of vegetables and potatoes

* King Prawn Ocean Pie, Chef's own home made fish pie with a selection of fish and king prawns, topped off with fluffy mashed potatoes, served with mixed salad and garden peas

* Katsu Chicken Curry, home made, served with basmati rice and naan bread

* Weeping Tiger Steak .. A Ribeye Steak in a hot red chilli sauce with salt and pepper seasoning, served with chef's salad and chips

7 Days To Go!!! It's getting exciting now!!!! ....

Today we've had another busy day at the Golf Club. With just 7 days to go till our first official function It's all Go!! 😀

David, Bob, and one of our new Commis Chef's David (yes, we now have 3 David's on the team 🙈) pulled out every appliance, fridge and freezer and cleaned and scrubbed it till it was shining 🌟

David also got to make his first coffee in the newly plumbed in coffee machine ☕️👍

Carrie Ann and myself were busy cleaning all the plates, cups, saucers, teapots etc Every piece of cutlery has been washed, sanitised and polished ready to go! 🌟

Great job today team, well done 👏

Another day of cleaning on Monday and the Kitchen will be ready!! 🍳🥘
