We are excited to reveal this week's Friday Night Specials!

* Chicken cushion .. Chicken Breast stuffed with a pepper and sage sausage meat, served with a chasseur sauce, with chef's selection of vegetables and potatoes

* King Prawn Ocean Pie, Chef's own home made fish pie with a selection of fish and king prawns, topped off with fluffy mashed potatoes, served with mixed salad and garden peas

* Katsu Chicken Curry, home made, served with basmati rice and naan bread

* Steak le Boeuf .. Ribeye Steak in a garlic and herb glaze, served with sauteed mushrooms and onions, chips and garden peas

The Clubhouse was very busy tonight, with the Dining Room and Bar area fully booked.

Tonight's most popular Special was the Weeping Tiger Steak.

* Weeping Tiger Steak .. A Ribeye Steak in a hot red chilli sauce with salt and pepper seasoning, served with chef's salad and chips

* Roast Honey and Maple Smoked Belly Pork served with baby boiled potatoes and Chef's vegetable selection

* Wagyu Beef Steak Skewers served on a bed of fluffy rice and topped with a rich peppercorn and brandy sauce

* Garlic and Herb Pork Ribeye Steak, served saute mushroom and onions, chips and garden peas
