The dress can be one of the most important elements of a wedding day for a female, which deserves precious planning time - a dress should make you feel beautiful and empowered!

My tips for dress shopping include:
*Have a strong idea of the type of venue you both want/have it booked as this could inform the style of dress you choose
*Try on a range of styles that fit your theme, not just one as something may surprise you!
*Think about whether you want to purchase new, second hand, or rent - the latter two options can be good for lower budgets or sustainability

One year ago since I assisted the lovely Clarissa with her styled shoot and it was such a fun day!

I realised I haven't properly introduced myself yet so thought today would make sense.

I'm Kay, a rustic and vineyard inspired wedding planner and stylist, based in West Kirby and will primarily travel around Cheshire and parts of the North West and North Wales.

I love everything made of cork and enjoy going for walks on the beach with my husband. Summer is my favourite month because of the long days, heat and sunshine 🌞

Today, the day of love and romance, feels ideal to launch my business page so here's my first post!

Happy Valentine's Day! Congratulations to any couples! I hope everyone has had a day full of love whatever it has entailed, whether with family, friends or a loved one.

My husband and I had a relaxed day today taking a walk along the beach and then a yummy steak dinner. We tend to keep low key as we have the anniversary of our first date the following week. Here's a little tablescape I prepared earlier which involves one of my favourite flowers, roses, and cork, another love of mine!
