Afternoon. Hope you're all well today.
Just a wee quick one. Today is a very special religious day in #pakistan and with that we as a family always hand out food to the less fortunate people. It's another way of giving back some charity and to remain humble
Don't usually film any of this but with permission from the family and Kira, I've captured a wee bit.
Most of the finance comes from Kiran's 2 older brothers but Kiran also uses her income from @kirans___kitchen sales to help with paying for the food.
Today we had made sweet halwa with almonds. A semolina dish which is sweet and power packed.
The second dish is haleem which is slow cooked chicken witha mix of deals (lentils) which is a mega healthy protein packed dish. These 2 together with a freshly made naan bread are packed and then handed out.
So when you amazing customers buy our dishes, you guys help us feed hundreds of kids and adults.
And for that, we are truly grateful and appreciate it 🙏

Afternoon. Hope you're all well.
Just a quick one to share a couple of breakfast dishes we've had recently.
1st one is fresh crisp flaky Parathas like the ones we sell frozen, spicy omelette, Lahori Chickpeas (like Kiran cooks on Whipman) , Spicy potato Parathas (banging) and sweet Kashmiri tea.
2nd one is an omelette and channa daal burger bun. A long roll wrapped with a spicy omelette. Absolute winner. Works brilliantly. I'll be having a few more of these!! 😂🤣
Ps. The total cost of both these meals combined per head was about £3.

Evening all. Hope you're all well. Just a quick vid on the lovely wee meal me and my Bro's had tonight.
Went to Mitoo Mashalla truck stop near Farooqabad. It's open 24hrs day and it serves mostly truck drivers.
The place was absolutely rammed at 10pm at night.
The food was amazing. Simple and clean dishes All freshly made on site. Not too spicy but not bland either.
Chicken seekh kebabs with a spicy masala sauce
Yellow channa daal with a spicy chilli tarkaa
Daal mash (urid lentils) with green chilli and garlic n ginger
Salad bowl
As many freshly made tandoori roti's as you can eat
Gur ( jaggery) tea. Sweet n creamy 😋
All came to about £4 per head. Unreal!!

Evening all. Hope you're all well today. Another video update of the ongoing #Pakistan #floodrelief we started 2 weeks ago. On Friday just past we transferred another £1100+ to our 2 amazing Bro's in Pakistan. They have been using their own time and money to help the donations from West Linton reach the right people. By helping to buy medicines and food parcels. Today they sent a truck of around 60 parcels to another village with your donations. Every £ being spent!! Everyone involved sending their huge eternal thanks to everyone that has donated. This will be an ongoing relief for a while. Kiran's Kitchen will continue to help by sending monthly cargoes. I won't be asking you guys anymore. But if you would like to help after seeing this, the details are at the end.

Evening all. Hope you're all well today. So having spoken to my brother's in Pakistan who are on the ground, the best way we can all help is by donations. This way the help can be given quicker to ghost who need it most. The donations will be given to Imran Khan charity which is the most trusted charity. Day 4..... wee round trip of about 170 miles today to get some new suits for Eid, visit #Lahore Cant District, check out my Bro's friends new house being built, visit his home city of Kasur, try out some new dishes at Shafiq BBQ and have Falooda dessert for the 1st time. Cool day out.
The food I tried at Shafiq BBQ was chicken seekh kebabs, beef seekh kebabs, spicy green chilli chicken Karahi, salt & pepper cream chicken bites along with Tandoori roti and kulcha naan bread. Absolutely stunning and the spiciest dish I've tried. 😍
Then we headed to the local dessert parlour whilst dicing with death 😂😂🤣😆🤣 to check out Falooda. It's plain noodles in a sweet rose water base, then topped with caramel flavoured condensed milk. Same taste as Barfi. Heavy but again, stunning 😍 ✨️
Saw some mad sights along the way. From new tower blocks, shopping plazas being built to.ols skool buses and trucks. New motorway is beautiful.

Day 3...I think 😂😆
Huge thank you to everyone for your lovely messages and comments about the videos. Glad you're enjoying them. My camera work is still pretty useless but trying hard 🤣😆😂
So we went to get Chicken Biryani and chicken pakora on the bone. Stays juicy. Beautiful spicy fluffy rice with a juicy chunk of spicy chicken on the bone.
Then we got some Jammun's. A type of grape/date/plum fruit. Nice wee snack with some salt. Then Emaan and her auntie made some Falsa juice. This is a type of cranberry. Blend it, sieve it then add water , masala and again salt and you have an isotonic drink that's better than Lucozade Sport!!
Off to Lahore again today for shopping and food.

Part 2 of day 2....
Bit of an emotional wee trip to the countryside. See the lads after a long time and also seeing my Grandparents and their parents way of life was amazing. The only thing that has changed is electricity and mobile phones. The rest is still the same. Happy with their way of life ❤️ 💕
So we went to collect our goats for qurbani for #eidaladha . Rumaan and his cousin were having a great time with them and running about the fields.
The crops were rice and sweetcorn. There was also a fish farm in the village. Another major industry here is brickworks. Huge kilns making huge amounts of bricks for the booming construction industry.
Defo gonna go back and see more. Great for the soul to see these places x

Day 2 part1 ..... so day 2 was cool. Ate loads of amazing #Pakistani food.
Late evening/morning snack was Honey Mangoes...... honestly the sweetest fruit ever.
Brunch was spicy chickpeas, boiled eggs mashed into the sauce, pickles and kulcha naan. Stunning 😍
Went to get goats from deep into the countryside. I'll post that part later. Amazing experience.
Evening dinner was in Lahore at Al Khan. Beautiful restaurant in downtown are. Great vibes. Starters of Dynamite Prawns, Beef seehk kebabs(my fave), mutton karahi and special Sajhee (roast) chicken with special Balochistan rice. Unreal 😍🤩
Then a cheeky wee pistachio and Almond ice cream. Oh my days ..
