Came across this towering panettone number on the front of a waitrose mag as light reading in a family members loo.
Twas very tasty,!
Lidl's classic panettone did fine just fine, the ricotta cream with Clementine, Lemon zest and pistachios was👌
And our daughter enjoyed decorating the house and anything she could get her hands on with the gold glitter spray.

Little miss muffet, sat by our buffet eyeing up the lamb and slaw...
We gave her a slider, that really inspired her to eat more than she had room for.

Hello friends! Sorry for the radio silence, we've been busy little bees.
Rob's recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world 🧡
We're also buzzing about expanding our horizons and relocating part of our service area to the West country.
Getting to know this beautiful region and the wonderful people has been a blast so far.
Today we had the great privilege of meeting Jane & Oliver, the heart & soul of Dowdings. They treated us to a private tour of their beautiful, certified organic apple orchard and production facility.
We've come away with bellies full of tasty samples (even our 2 year old cannot get enough of their delicious apple juice!).
We're so excited to collaborate with Dowdings and serve their award winning apple juice and cider to clients and at future events.

Thought we'd kick off our first post of 2023 with a very uninteresting picture of a herby gluten free, low carb cracker we've been experimenting with today. I can assure u it tastes soooo much better than it sounds!

Peter Piper didn't pick the peck, compress or pickle this pepper... Rob did.
And it was absolutely bloody lovely, so fresh (and so clean).

Grilled & pickled pepper,
pea & cashew mousse, pickled radish, sea rosemary, samphire

(Yes it looks pretty lonely there on that massive plate but rest assured it went with a plethora of salads aka Wild Pantry feasting table goodness.)
