As our ice-skating season at Icescape Tropicana draws to it's end for the 2023/2024 period, we'd like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who joined us on the ice. We've thoroughly enjoyed every glide, twirl, and shared laugh.

Reflecting on the past season, our hope is that you found it as exhilarating and fun-filled as we did and we’re eager to welcome you back for more ice-skating adventures during the upcoming festive season later in the year.

Don't forget, skate hire is included in your ticket price. ⛸️ Our skates go from a baby size 4 (double bladed skate) up to an adult size 15. If your child is child size 9 or below, please ensure they have a good pair of shoes with them for the double-bladed skate to clip over. You are more than welcome to wear your own hockey or figure skates. Your shoes can be stored at the skate exchange at the ice rink. Thanks and see you on the ice! ❄️

TONIGHT! ⛸️ 💙 Join our Skate & Donate session for Children's Hospice South West . Providing hospice care for children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their whole family. Hospice breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at 3 wonderful children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall. Join us for the 8pm session and donate.

MEET, GREET & SKATE WITH THE BRISTOL PITBULLS! ⛸️ The Bristol Pitbulls Ice Hockey team who are currently playing in the NIHL National League will be taking a break from their gaming fixtures to visit Icescape Tropicana on the 8th December. Watch them run through drills on the ice at 5:45pm, then join the team and their mascot ‘Spike’ on the ice at the 6pm skating session.

⛸️ 💙 Our 3rd Skate & Donate session for the season is with WsM Foodbank WSM Food Bank don’t believe anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. So they provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in crisis. Part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK. Join us on Thursday for the 8pm session and donate.

We have looked at all different possibilities of operating our winter attraction and ice skating rink at the Tropicana this winter 2020. Unfortunately, in the ever-changing climate, we have had to make the difficult decision not to open for this 2020 season. We would like to thank all our loyal customers and staff, and hope to be back again next year.
