Let’s talk bouquets & beyond 🌸
Lately, we’ve had quite a few lovely customers popping in and asking us to send flowers outside our local area using services like eFlorist or Interflora. So, we thought it was time for a little heart to heart on why we tend to steer clear of those big relay companies.
Here’s the thing: by the time your order goes through the middleman, the sending florist and the florist actually making the bouquet, your money has been nibbled away at more than a leaf in a caterpillar convention 🌿🐛
Sadly, this often means the recipient ends up with a bouquet that doesn’t quite match what you thought you were paying for - and nobody wants that kind of surprise.
Instead, we always recommend finding a lovely local independent florist in the area you are sending to. It’s super easy: just pop onto Google, type in “florist” followed by the postcode of where the flowers need to go. Scroll past the big ads, and there you’ll find the real gems - small businesses creating beautiful blooms with love.
Give them a ring direct, have a chat, and feel good knowing your money is going straight to the florist crafting your bouquet. 🌷🌸
