✨This Weekend! Theo Mizú return he was first on Grove Park Bandstand Summer 2022, again in 2023, and we are pleased to welcome them back all the way from Brazil this Saturday August 3rd at 3pm.

🪗🕺💃🇧🇷Lavishing energy and charisma, the group offers the public a journey around the world through music.

With a fusion of eastern and western musical references, Theo Mizú & Banda features an original repertoire that is danceable and universal, promising to captivate you.

The project was elected the Best Street Music Band in São Paulo, and has already played in many international festivals and venues around Brazil, Europe and Asia.

Here at the cafes we take our day off very seriously. 😬

🚲We decided to cycle the new Pier to Pier way between Weston-super-mare and our Neighbouring seaside town Clevedon.

🌊Both on which have sea tidal lakes. What’s better after a long cycle but a dip in the some cold water.

☕️🍦Followed by a cuppa from 'Nead’s a Coffee Hut' and one of our vegan icecream at in Grove Park.

🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️Make way for Lake to Lake way.

We’re open at sprout tomorrow and the rest of the week if you’re feeling inspired.

A gathering that brings us together.

On Saturday July 27th on the lawns at Sprout we come together with Food, Conversation and Community to share a delicious Syrian Feasting Menu in aid of the very wonderful local charity

Yasser and Anna will be cooking authentic Levantine dishes for you, and we hope you can make it.

Pictured is Fatteh, a dish made with Tahini, Garlic, More Garlic, Lemons, Arabic Bread and Chick peas. Also our infamous Batata Harra, Spicy Potatoes with Red Peppers, Chilli’s, Tomato, Coriander, they are so more-ish we always make extra!

Tickets to the event are on the website and are priced at £25 with all profits going to the charity.

Very much looking forward to the Annual Bandstand Bhangra Show at 4pm today in Grove Park.

Free entry for all (and there’s toilets).

Bring a chair, Blanket, Dancing shoes and enthusiasm.

Dancing is not obligatory, but we can tell you learning the moves is a lot of fun!

Food and Drinks being served in Sprout, including Cheesy Sag Aloo Stuffed Naans, and Onion Bhaji Mountains with Spicy Mango Chutney Mayo!
