Well Saturday was with out a dought not one of our best days. To the lovely couple who had an appointment at 1pm and was left waiting because I was running 20 minutes again I can only apologise again. They were not happy. My 1.30pm don't even go there, but we got there in the end. Just sheer amount of people we had in on Saturday. I can guarantee that this will not happen again. Doug.
