Not long to go now for a fantastic Wedding Fayre with The UK Wedding Event followed by a Wedding Open Evening on the 7th.

On the day of the wedding fayre, expect to meet a host of exhibitors, a gift bag, and a glass of fizz on arrival, as well as speaking to the award-winning wedding team at The Engine Shed Wetherby! 😃

If you can't make it on the 2nd, we have our open evening on the 7th where you can taste our delicious street food with a glass of bubbly listening to live music.

Both events are free entry but you do have to book the Wedding Fayre on the 2nd.

A beautiful January wedding last Saturday. The cold weather didn't stop Kate and Cameron tying the knot in our fabulous venue styled by Tracy Williamson Designs.

We showcased our go global Mexican menu cooked by our brilliant Head Chef Dave, this went down a treat for Kate and Cameron and their wedding guests who were absolutely stuffed by the end of service!

An appreciation post for last years Christmas Dinner Party of 2024.

Our sold out Christmas Party was a hit with all the guests enjoying the delicious food cooked by our Head Chef Dave and Assistant Chef Sam! Also a huge thank you to the managers, catering and bar staff for all their hard work, during the busy shift 😊

The menu consisted of a choice of-
Starter:
Slow Roasted Tomato & Feta Soup (v)
Yorkshire Blue Cheese Mousse with Chicory (v, gf)
Smoked Chicken & Pancetta Rillette

Main:
Roast Turkey with all the trimmings
Roast Fillet of Salmon with Pearl Barley & Root Vegetable Risotto
Portobello Mushroom, Salt Baked Celeriac & Gruyere Pithivier

Trio desserts:
Muscovado Tart
Ginger & Toffee Apple Cheesecake
Black Forest Mousse

Congratulations to Ava and Faith for employee of the month for last November 2024!!

Ava is our hardworking catering staff member, who has been a lovely addition to the team. Ava has stepped up to stay late or join us after her other commitments when we've had those tougher days.

Faith is our lovely bar supervisor, who always has a great attitude and work ethic during every shift. Faith shows great leadership qualities in her role as bar supervisor and is all round a fab worker.

Thank you both for all your hard work and a huge well-done 👏👏
