What a fabulous evening we had last night at the final Quiz of 2024.

Thank you all for coming along, supporting the Village Hall and making the evening so enjoyable and successful.

A lot of work goes into organising an event like this so thanks go to the committee members who put in a lot of time and effort to make it happen.

Hagar made his quizmaster debut with
a fun, engaging and well-balanced set of questions. We will definitely have him back!

Crystal Methodists successfully defended their title, just overhauling “Agatha Quiztie” from Nash in a thrilling last round.
The rest of the teams were in hot pursuit, with only a handful of points separating first place and last place.

It was fabulous to see some of our Nash neighbours taking part in our Beer Pong event and they also have a team in our village hall quiz in a couple of weeks time.

Please remember that they regularly have great events too. If you’re at a loose end this Saturday, please pop along and support them at their village hall.

The inaugural Jubilee Hall Beer Pong tournament took place on Friday evening. And what a fantastic event it was.

Congratulations to “Kim Pong Un”, the winners of the Shield and massive congratulations to the overall tournament winners “Happy Camper Girls” who beat “Happy Camper Boys” in an extremely closely fought match.

Looks like this might become an annual event!!

Thank you to all who came along to our Quiz last night. What a fabulous night it turned out to be!

Congratulations to the Crystal Methodists who successfully defended their title to lift the coveted Whaddon Quiz trophy.

Thank you to Omri Tau for being our guest question master and many thanks to the committee and Happy Helpers for making the event happen.

Wow, what a fantastic time we had last night at our American themed food and music evening. 🇺🇸🤠🍻🍷🥂🎶

Taylor'd Country were our live entertainment and were amazing. The line dancers came out to play and then never left the floor.

Tex-Mex food was provided by The Paella Pan who never fail to impress with the quality and the quantity.
Cheeky Cheesecakes provided the finishing touch to the food with some delicious vanilla cheesecakes.

But the most important ingredient for the success of the evening were all those that attended. Thank you so much for attending our fundraising events.

And special thanks to the committee and all the Happy Helpers that make these events possible.
