After successful Jubilee and Coronation celebrations, our working group of volunteers are seeking to formalise a new committee to organise smaller-scale village events going forward.

We’re recruiting for general committee members as well as the roles of Chair, Treasurer and Secretary - particularly “do-ers” who aren’t afraid to put in the effort to make things happen.

Today you’ll be hearing the glorious Whetstone Bellringers across the village. They’ll also be ringing out on Sunday after our 6pm finale, specially for your walk back home. 🔔

But what’s more, they’ll be hosting a free drop-in “Open Tower” in St Peter’s Church beforehand (next door to our celebrations, 5-6pm on Sunday) so you can see how and where the magic happens! All are welcome 👏
