Last week we had the delight of Rob Green filming in our shop, we discussed all things seafood on the Yorkshire coast 🦞🦀

Great first day at Scarborough Seafest in our food truck giving free seafood tasters away Yorkshire Wildlife Trust project and enjoyed a great demonstration as well in the food theatre. Great to see my good friends Irene Myers the hostess with the mostest and Martyn Hyde top chef and lunatic! Also my little chef buddy Skillswithlils !
Back tomorrow for more free tasters and an other demo with a special guest 🦞🐟👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳

~ SEAWEED SHOWCASE ~

Chef Rob Green will be back onboard Southern Star next week on Thursday 3rd November presenting a series of simple recipes using seaweed wild-grown and hand-harvested right here on the Yorkshire Coast.

SeaGrown Director, Wave Crookes, will also deliver a brief talk about seaweed, SeaGrown, and the future.

On Sunday 21st August our mobile food truck will be serving fine seafood at the SeaGrown Center, Vincent Pier, Scarborough. Dish 4 - Fresh Oysters.

Our Fresh oysters are all shucked to order. Served on their own or with lemon/Tabasco sauce.

All our dishes are large portions and are served street food style in recyclable/compostable containers.
