A great turnout to our Armed Forces Veteran's Drop-in today!

The session brought together those who have been involved in the Armed Forces from Westlakes Science Park and the wider community 🤝

We held our first Health and Wellbeing forum at Westlakes Science Park yesterday 💡

The forum brought together our amazing business community to share ideas and best practices.

Whether through planting new trees or just general maintenance to the grounds, we always ensure that our furry friends have a safe home 🌳

If you pass the Innovation Centre at Westlakes, you might spot a few of these resident squirrels running about near their hide.

To celebrate a year of success, Skills 4 You are holding a Christmas Pop-up Shop and Raffle today at Ingwell Hall, Westlakes Science Park between 10:00-14:00 🎄

Skills 4 You, led by one of our partners Home to Work, is an initiative designed to address the increased unemployment rates in the local area. They deliver local sessions to help upskill those looking to be introduced to or re-enter the world of work.

There will be cakes for sale, Christmas gifts, decorations and even some homegrown produce from the Goodlives Project based at Westlakes!

Come along to see what there is and learn more about what a fantastic year Skills 4 You have had.

We are planting over 3,000 trees and hedges this year thanks to funding from Cumbria Coastal Community Forest.

The Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Garden at Westlakes Science Park is now open. Wonderful to see our partners and community come together to create such a truly special memorial that will be enjoyed for decades to come.

This year, we've been collecting donations for the Christmas Toy & Foodbank Appeal '22, organised by Sellafield Ltd to support families in Copeland and Allerdale - working with Family Action 🎅🎄

To say we have been BLOWN AWAY by the generosity of our tenants and residents of Westlakes Science Park (the photo is only a fraction of what's been received) would be an understatement! Your donations will make a real difference this Christmas and we cannot thank everyone enough for their contributions!

Our reception at Ingwell Hall has become the main collection point for Westlakes Science Park; if there are any more donations, please ensure to drop them off by tomorrow morning, ready for collection! 🎅🎄🎁🧸
