Some very useful info from our friends at the RNLI regarding what to do if you find yourself struggling in the sea 🌊

Remember it. Share it. Float To Live.

- Tilt your head back with ears submerged
- Relax and try to breathe normally
- Move your hands to help you stay afloat
- Once you are over the initial shock, call for help or swim to safety
- In an emergency call 999 or 112 and ask for the Coastguard.

150 gift-wrapped plants ready to go to the amazing Woodlawn School to assist with their fundraising.

Woodlawn School is based in Whitley Bay and all pupils have complex needs. The staff at the school do an incredible job encouraging pupils to grow and flourish.

The school purchase the plants from me at cost price and then sells them on with the profits going towards their fundraising efforts such as building their sensory garden, minibus etc.

It’s a joy to be able to give something back to our community.
