I’m absolutely gutted I’m not going to make the North Coast Wedding Fayre today in Thurso 😭

I’m unfortunately unwell; so not fit to attend.

Gutted as I had so many lovely new bits to show you all. Once I’m feeling better I’ll pop some pics up of the lovely new items I have.

Super popular theme over the years and always so stunning.

Using Hessian and Burlap are a fab way of creating a rustic wedding theme.

Couples love this theme because its warm, cosy and laid back.

YELLOW

Vibrant and bright, using different shades of yellow to create different feels to your wedding day.

For the soft and romantic atmosphere pastel yellows are perfect for this and ideal of Spring or Early Summer Weddings.

Bright and Cheerful work best with bold shades of canary or sunflower yellow and make a statement. Ideal of Summer Weddings where you wan to add a burst of energy and joy.

Elegant and Timeless feels are better with Golden or Mustard yellows which offer depth and richness.

We've not done many but the ones we've done have always been such a pleasure and we love how bright but classy they always look.

PURPLE

One of the most popular colours over the years.

GREY/SILVER

Always such a beautiful set up - all of our weddings are but something so beautiful about these.

Grey/Silver is a neutral colour that can be paired with almost any other colour to create a variety of different colour schemes from soft and romantic to modern and chic.

So classy and the grey just pops in the room.

IVORY/GOLD/CHAMPAGNE/WHEAT

All neutral colours and so stunning set up.

Elegant and sophisticated and can give the luxurious feel.

Our first slide shows a mixture of Ivory Organza and Taffeta - simply stunning and classy.

Other two slides show wheat, gold and champagne - all absolutely beautiful.

Not many go for just neutral but it works just perfectly for your special day :)

RED

Red tones are simply stunning at a wedding. From bright red to deeper red shades of burgundy.

Red is bold, romantic and colourful.

Burgundy is often a popular choice for autumn/winter weddings.

Red is the colour of love, passion and strength.

PINK

We all love the Pink weddings! So warm, romantic and just beautiful.

Some keep it subtle with the dusky/light pink and others like it bold with shocking pink.

Sooooo many pics to choose from and each as beautiful!

Pink has always been such a super popular colour choice and works so well.

The colour pink highlights romance, love and feminity.

GREEN

One of the most popular colour palettes with sage green to emerald green.

We've done lots of gorgeous weddings in green - was a hard pick to take them down to a few photos!!

Sage green is so soft and light, adding just a touch of colour, but simply stunning.

Mint Green is totally underrated, its an absolutely beautiful colour.

Hunter/Emerald Green is so bold and classy. Works perfectly with gold. One of my mums favourites.

Green is the ultimate calming shade and symbolises new beginnings and growth.

BLUE

Timeless and Versatile - and simply beautiful!

From classic and elegant Navy Blue to the airy charm of powder blue, they are all so beautiful for your wedding day.

You won't need to worry about your 'something blue' if its included in your colour scheme!!

Navy has always been a favourite for my couples and I, too many photos to pop into one slide.

Royal Blue is a little more vibrant and elegant and stands out a little more.

Then the baby blue is soft and beautiful. All so nice in their own way.

Blue is the colour of peace and serenity - both qualities to bring into your marriage :)

Something a little different to share - some wedding inspiration!

Everyone who is wedding planning is always looking for some inspiration so what better way than to pull some of my weddings together and share it with you all.

First up is - White. As plain as white sounds its WOW! Super classy and fresh looking, and we love it!

Lovely time spent in the Pentland Hotel today meeting all my lovely couples (and mum of the bride) who are getting married there this year.

Thankfully the weather settled down 💨

So excited to work with all these couples in the Pentland this year.

January/February is always so lovely to meet with our couples and discuss everything with them for their special days.

More booked in next weekend in The Weigh Inn 😀
