A capacity crowd of members & friends enjoyed the great atmosphere at our CHRISTMAS DANCE.
Live duo, LIGHT 'N' SHADE, kept everyone up dancing all evening with their fantastic selection of music.

We have had requests for Santa's route.

Starting from the hall at 6.30 the route covers Bruce Grove, Fanton Walk & Chase, all the Avenues, Lucerne Walk, Longfield Road, and Sandown Rd, part of Bridge Road, and the first part of Alicia Ave. Unfortunately, we don't have time to cover the Hodgson Way estate, but the Rotary usually goes there a day or two before.🎅🎅🎅🎅

Dear Basildon and Brentwood friends and colleagues

Essex County Council have made over 1000 additional summer holiday activity spaces available for children and young people with SEND and their families. Sessions are free and can be accessed by contacting the providers directly. These spaces are available to those with a One Plan, with an EHCP, awaiting an EHC needs assessment or on a pathway for ASD assessment.

Our local providers across South Essex (Basildon, Brentwood, Rochford and Castle Point)

• Sports Cool are running multi-sports activity sessions throughout the summer holiday. The sessions will take place at Holly Trees Primary School in Brentwood. To find out more, email Sports Cool or telephone on 07935 535292.
• Bag Books Storytime A multi-sensory storytelling session for children with SEND aged 4 and above is taking place at Basildon Library on Wednesday 21 August at 11am and Rochford Library on Tuesday 27 August at 2pm. To secure your space, visit or email Basildon Library or Rochford Library.
• Family Picnic on the Farm with Ramblers SEN Club are hosting a family picnic with animals on the farm. This will take place at The Ramblers Riding Club, SS9 5DE on Friday 9 August & Friday 23 August. Picnics will take place 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm.
