Whilst we use certified CE products and reputable wholesalers, a number of factors can influence the longevity of your balloons. Unfortunately, once your display/balloons has been handed over, this is entirely the responsibility of th
e customers from that moment.. Factors affecting your balloons:
Temperature: Do not leave your balloons in a car whether it be too hot or too cold. This effects the molecules in the helium and can cause the balloon to shrink, and then re inflate, causing it to pop. Radiators, heaters, air con, windows open, can all affect the balloons. Normal room temperature is optimum for the balloons. Children/Pets
Balloons are not toys !! Whilst very beautiful and colourful especially to a child, they are still very fragile pieces of foil and to be used for display purposes only. The same applies to household pets. Please find attached a safety notice regarding children and choking hazards. Allergies:
Please be aware most balloons are made of natural rubber latex and potentially could cause allergies. Please be vigilant for the signs of an allergic reaction, and seek medical advice immediately. IT CAN REDUCE OXYGEN IN THE BODY AND POTENTIALLY LEAD TO A FATALITY!!! Colour of your balloons:
Latex balloons are porous and oxidise. After a certain time, a balloons colour will slightly change and can appear with a velvety texture. Hi-Float is used in all of our latex balloons. Bare this in mind when choosing your colours. Please see our care card regarding approximate floating times
