Apologies that I didn’t get chance to catch up with people looking for me, but a family emergency took priority on Sunday and I had to leave for a short period of time.

Our fabulous small business stall holders will be with us throughout the weekend, along with the fairground, donkeys, and the wonderful Tyto & Friends 🦉

🌟 HELP WANTED 🌟

We’ve had a few messages recently about gaining some work experience and coming to work on the events that we put on.

We’ve wrote down details of previous enquiries, and we’re making a list of interested people so we can hopefully offer some fun filled weekends while gaining some work experience. So if you know anyone that would like to work on our events and see what all the fun (and chaos!) is about - drop us a message.

We’re looking for people as soon as next weekend, and anyone that enquires will be kept on a list and we will offer as many people as possible the opportunity to work one of our events.

We give good references too 🤪

🚩 STALLHOLDERS - PLEASE READ 🚩

Our Summer Fair is coming up and will be here before you know it, and final preparations are underway! 💫

Polite reminder, if not already, for stall holders to pay final balances by Friday 21st June to allow us time to check & open up any available spaces if need be.

If you no longer require a stall, please also let us know!
This will allow us to re-plan stall locations, and be fair to other stall holders so as not to have large spaces in between stalls, as this can negatively impact them as you know.

Also, please remember that our emails (annoyingly) sometimes go into Junk, so anyone waiting on replies will have been replied to and you will find us there!
Messenger replies may also hit ‘other folder’ so please also check there if you have messaged and waiting on a response, we have replied!

Definitely takes skill not to crush them under tractor tyres in the process!

Summer fair prep is officially underway! ☀️

Our family fun weekend was a huge success, and we’re back bigger and better for our Summer Fair weekend.

Our billboard has gone up this week, who can spot it and tell us where it is?

It’s still completely humbling to see Winstanley Park Events on a billboard right next to a giant company like Amazon Prime. We are going from strength to strength and it’s all down to the support of our community. We don’t ever take that for granted 🤍

If we’ve been a little quiet since our Family Fun Day, it’s only because we are working hard behind the scenes getting ready for October! 🎃

Tomorrow will be the first day we have rested since the madness of last weekend, as our days and evenings don’t stop after the events finish (or even on event nights after you all go home!)

It just never stops around here, and it’s all thanks to great family & friends that events are such a success. From putting food on your tables, to pumpkin planting, donkey walking, car parking, beer serving, activity sorting, they really do, do it all! 🫶🏼

So this has been our last weeks hard work, and we hope you will join us again in October! 🎃

❗️ SUMMER FAIR PRE-BOOKING - WEBSITE MAINTENANCE ❗️

Our website will be down for maintenance as we do some behind the scenes changes and upgrade our payment provider.

This means that the purchases will not be accepted after 7pm this evening when we switch the website into maintenance mode.

This will affect the pre-book summer fair tickets for our event on 6&7 July so if you want to pre-book tickets please do so before 7pm.

Last day today - come down and see us!

The weather is dry, the stallholders are set up, and we have lots going on to make sure your bank holiday Monday is fun filled for all the family 🌟

The fairground is open all day, the activity corner is set up with archery, clay shooting and axe throwing, we have face painting all day and of course some fabulous entertainment 🎵

The weather is fantastic today, we couldn’t have hoped for better!

Our family fun weekend is still going ahead as planned. We’ve had quite a few messages asking if it’s still going ahead due to the rain we’ve had and the answer is ABSOLUTELY 🌟☀️

The grass is quite dry considering the rain we’ve had, however it is slightly muddy in some places so appropriate footwear would be advised.

We won’t be able to respond to messages today as we’re out and about making sure you all have the best time!
