My goodness. It's 2025 already.
I can't promise this page will get busier, but I am still here creating wedding invites and stationery.
Currently working on a church sketch for a lovely set of invites.
I do have some more kids drawn designs to show you too!

But to be honest, wedding invites are taking a back seat, mainly because the demand isn't there anymore. More and more people are creating their own, especially with websites like canva. Sometimes, we just can't compete.
I'll keep this page up and running, but I won't be here posting daily. Maybe once a month. My other page is where you will find me and my new things.

It's been 18 days since I last posted.
But I have been super busy with kids drawn wedding invites. These seem to be the direction my wedding business is going.

I should just be called. "Kids drawn wedding stationery" 😆 but I love it.

How super cute are these ones! They all turn out really well. I love them

Kids drawn invites are back!
I have had 3 proofs and final proofs of these done this week!
I think with most people now doing their own invites.
This may be my way forward. As these really are unique and pretty and one of a kind. I will show the before and after when I know the invites have been sent out. But how lovely are these!

The children draw their picture. I tidy it up, take away smudges, creases and any mistakes and put it together on an invite for you!

It's a long shot. But due to duplicate prints and unattended parties, I have a few specific cards. That are perfect, just already personalised and printed. Looking for new homes. So if you know

Making wedding cards on my other page at the moment, these new ones will be on my etsy this week!

Morning! My little man has gone back to school! those summer holidays just flew by! He was excited to start year 1 and I think he's ready to do some learning.
So now I am back to work full time, well as full time as a self employed mum at home is, who fits in cleaning, washing, preparing and cooking tea etc... but you know. (rambling... sorry)

I have a few wedding orders, wedding cards, birthday cards and cake toppers to work on this week! Nice selection.
These new cowboy themed wedding cards will be up in the shop this week too.

Good Morning!!
I only uploaded these cards the other week on etsy and already have a sale! So more wedding cards will go up in the shop, along with all the new invite orders coming in.
The invites on etsy are the more simple, standard designs.
If you want things changing and adding, its still be best to send a message and we can work through your order.

I have some new designs getting printed today, but they can't be shown yet again. That's the thing with wedding things. then I forget to post pictures, when it's safe to share.

One of my couples got married yesterday in Italy. And look how pretty their menus were.
Each with a printed place card on vellum. The bride either tied those together with ribbon or added a paper clip I'm guessing. But I supplied the menus and place cards. Very pretty and lovely. I hope they had the best day.

Good morning. Finally have some more wedding invites to show you. These are the updated once upon a time bundle.
They just needed a bit of an update and refresh. New sizes and new fonts.

I was asked if I could incorporate my castle with a bride and groom, for a double sided wedding invite.
I sure can! The castle is my drawing, but the couple is bought clipart. This isn’t the finished piece, but just an example. But how cute is this?

I am also setting up a Shopify store, so hopefully once that’s set up, I can add wedding invites to that.
I have so much backlog on this page, so much to show you. But I’m also super busy with cards and colouring books and book marks over on my other page Kara’s Designs Creations

They're back! Finally.
Updated beautiful once upon a time bundle invites. Can't wait to show you the full set. These need twine and a little tag. But the new fonts on these are perfect.
Just can't show you until they are all out.

Weddings are coming back. I have 3 sets of invites and day stationery to complete when I'm back next week. This went out a few weeks ago. How pretty are they?. Teal backing card with a gold effect leaf design. The reverse of the card had the gift poem and rsvp details on them.

These can be done in all colours too.

What I've noticed from doing wedding invites for 10+ years, is the postage price. 2nd class used to be 45p and large 75p. So these would go out to guests at 45p and the invites with bows would be 75p. However it's now 75p for these and £1.50 for large letter. Which does change the way people view wedding invites. Which is why most of the newer designs going out nowadays are all flat. Saves a lot on postage for you guys. Which is sad. Everyone loved my bow cards.

But onwards and upwards. New designs will just have to be made, even more pretty than the last 10 years.

Good evening! Happy Friday.
I have an invite design that went out last week!
How lovely are these. Teal backing with gold leaf design. These were double sided. So rsvp and other details were on the back. I'll show that another day.

These can be done in all colours too.

Oh what's going on here?
A huge photoshoot needs to be done this afternoon and maybe tomorrow.
I printed all these on white smooth, white linen and some ivory hammer. Now they all need photographing to show the textures and colours. Then they all need to go onto etsy.
I have been meaning to do this for the longest time. So it's getting done. Finally

Do you put things off? Or do you just get stuff done?

Anyway. Let's get this done... we got this.

How about a lovely print of where you got married? if you are indeed married?
can include your names and date, or just keep it as the drawn image. Available in colour or black and white. They are also 25% off in my Etsy shop in the 'Great Gifts' section though.
