🌟 A Proper Good Partnership: Business Planning for Social Enterprises 🌟

Last Thursday, Tracy attended the ‘Business Planning for Social Enterprises’ training session.

Delivered by GM Business Growth Hub in collaboration with Proper Good Wigan Borough and The Communities Team, this session highlighted the critical role of business planning for Social Enterprises.

Why is a business plan essential? 📈 Social Enterprises must showcase their vision, goals and resources to external stakeholders, especially funders. It’s the roadmap to growth and impact.

The organisations that attended now understand the key components and have started to create their own business plans. They’ll receive a template and ongoing support.📝
