We offer affordable and quality dance classes to everyone and help all students flourish in not just dance, but to also develop personally! Our studios are situated in Atherton, so is accessible for those around this area and surrounding areas Hindley, Hindley Green, Westleigh, Abram etc. We provide classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Streetdance, Acro Dance, Jazz and much more. We have classes for everyone! We pride ourselves in doing exams in ISTD and UKA and hold shows every other year which our children love and look forward to! At Tallia School of Dance we ensure each student is given opportunity to grow and flourish in our classes and activities. We want the best for all our students and we aim to:
* teach each class to the highest quality in a safe and nurturing environment.
* ensure all students feel safe, valued and a part of our friendly community
* help all students get the best quality dance tuition possible (whether you have danced before or not) – with lots of fun along way

We're a finalist in the Business Success Network Awards!

We are so proud to be recognised as a school for everything we do for our students, giving them the best possible opportunities to grow into confident, successful, well-rounded dancers and people.

💜 Meet the Teacher: Miss Amy 💜

A core member of the RFDance family for the past 7 years, Amy brings energy, passion, and purpose to every class she teaches — and the kids adore her for it. From Street to Lyrical Contemporary, Jazz to Acro and Cirque, Amy is a true all-rounder who delivers high-level training while always keeping it fun, empowering, and inspiring.

As a graduate of Preston’s College Dance, she’s no stranger to the discipline and dedication that goes into building confident, capable dancers. Whether she’s teaching a beginner their first aerial or pushing the comp team to perfect their next big routine, Amy knows just how to bring out the best in every dancer.

Students describe her as kind, motivating, and always full of encouragement — with just the right amount of challenge to help them reach their full potential.

And when she’s not in the studio? You’ll probably find her out on a dog walk — Amy’s a huge animal lover and runs a fab little side hustle as a dog walker too! 🐾💜

We’re so lucky to have her — and we know our dancers are too.

Tallia School of Dance is a place where children and adults of all ages and abilities learn to dance and where creativity, individuality and self-expression is encouraged while inspiring a love of the arts and demonstrating the values of dance. We are built upon respect – respect for students, staff, teachers, parents, ourselves, the building and finally a respect for dance. Our dance school is situated on the outskirts of Leigh, so is accessible for those around this area and surrounding areas Hindley, Hindley Green, Westleigh, Abram etc. We provide classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Streetdance, Jazz, Boys Only classes Mini Movers Dance and Adult classes including Advanced Ballet. We have recently had our 5th Birthday and have ages 2-adult attending many classes weekly. We pride ourselves in doing exams in ISTD and UKA and hold shows every other year which our children love and look forward to! We believe that a child benefits hugely from attending dance classes and at Tallia School of Dance we ensure each child is given opportunity to grow and flourish under the dance teachers tuition.
