The Dorset Truck Show is looking for photographers and Videographers who may be interested in covering the build up for the show, and also during show operating times that are professional in their experience to capturing both pictures and footage of the 3 day event.

In order to be considered for this opportunity we are looking for applicants with the following:-

1. A CRB and DBS certificate that has been obtained no more than 1 month prior to the show.

2. You must have a professional portfolio of work that we can view in order to consider your application to becoming either our official photographer or videographer for the event.

3. You are available to capture as much images and or footage for us during the event.

4. We are also looking for a time lapse video from build to show through the show and breakdown.

5. Professional Drone footage with all relevant permission to capture prior to the show, then also on the operating days and after we close to build drop down.

Fir the right person/buisness that can commit, and provide service for all of this and to be considered to tender for the position we would require you to pm us your interest with attachment of previous works or links to your portfolio or website.

Trade opportunities will exist for everyone at
The Dorset Truck Show.

The prices shown are for the whole weekend trading Friday 14th June 2024 through to Sunday 16th June 2024 during show trading hours.

Each pitch is charged at £40 per meter frontage for the weekend including 2 trader passes per pitch and includes camping.

Each pitch will be 10 mtr maximum depth this is to allow for your stall to trade plus your support vehicle/ sleeping accommodation max 2 behind I.e car/van & caravan - tent, including draw bars and towing hitches.

This is your pitch & sleeping area included in the 10mtr depth.

All traders must arrive from Thursday 13th 9am-8pm to set up, or Friday 14th from 7am until 2pm but must be checked in by 1pm and must be ready to trade by no later than 3pm if arriving on the Friday 14th daytime.

There will be a strict policy NO vehicle movements during show opening times this is to comply with health & safety at events.

Electricity can be supplied (charged depending on requirements).

If you wish to be considered to trade then please pm us and we will organise forwarding you the trade stall application.

These prices are for open space trade areas and not within marquees.

There are No trade opportunities for food or drink concessions as these are already full.

Trade opportunities will exist at
The Dorset Truck Show, in various sizes which will be marketed in due course.

Initially we are bringing opportunities to the Charity organisations that may be interested to trade at the show.

Stall sizes for charity traders for the whole event are as follows:-
3 mtr frontage x3 mtr depth £40
4 mtr frontage x3 mtr depth £60

Both size options allow for 2 free weekend passes per stall but does not include camping this is charged separately.

If you wish to be considered to trade as a charity then please pm us and we will organise forwarding you the charity trade stall application.

We are pleased to announce our Chosen Charity for the Dorset Truck Show 2024 this has been confirmed as follows:-

We are pleased and will be raising funds for a local based Charity keeping funds placed in Dorset for future support for the children of Dorset.

Our chosen Charity is registered and regulated, and we feel confident that everyone will support this fantastic local charity the ‘Dorset Children’s Foundation’

We would ask all of our patrons visiting or anyone that is unable to visit the Dorset Truck Show to donate where possible to this fantastic local charity.

We welcome you to the Dorset Truck Show, a new show to Wimborne Showgrounds in 2024!

The dates will be Friday 14th June 4pm until 11pm
Gates will open for visitors to park from 3pm onwards.

The Friday night will enjoy music and light entertainment and will allow not just the public to amble around the showgirls but also for the dedicated lorry drivers to interact and enjoy the opening night of the Dorset Truck Show.

The main event days will be both Saturday and Sunday 15th & 16th June, with Arena displays, lots of current, Classic & vintage trucks to view, along with various entertainment throughout the days, and music areas along with kids free entertainment zone and trade stalls for all the family!

Add to that monster truck shows crushing cars, stunts and moto cycle displays and stunts and an array of first class entertainment fun for all the family!

Saturday 15th gates open for parking from 9am entry entertainment in the show arena and various outlets start from 10am with programme of events through the day until 4pm in the arena and side arena displays.

On Saturday night we step up the night events with continued music, delicious food and night time entertainment until 11.30 pm

Saturday night will also see The Truckers light up and sound off from 10pm to highlight the event. Something everyone should be a part of as this will be a fantastic show from the drivers & truckers showing you our visitors the bright & colourful light up and sound off not to be missed.

Sunday 16th June will see access from 9am, again with entertainment show arena and side show areas again operating from 10am until 8pm with the trucker & drivers bringing the show to a close at 8pm.

Monster trucks, fairground, stunt displays, free circus workshops and a whole host of FREE kids areas both days once admission is paid, means this is a great weekend for the Dorset Truck Show.

Camping is available all weekend, along with a weekend ticket.

Separately there will be day tickets.

There will also be Saturday night entry only from 4pm until 11pm.

A perfect weekend for everyone and a great truck gathering.

Tickets will go on sale in due course details will follow.
