What's up with canapés? How do you serve them? Are they fussy?

We have some sneaky tricks to carrying these tasty beauts around to guests. Fergus, Lilah and Neil here will tell you that balance and careful positioning of your board is key... AND a little secret sauce that lightly sticks each canapé to the board helps with the slide-factor! Shhh...

Don't forget our Woodland Dining Huts are still available for private hire.🥂

Whether it's a birthday or a business meeting, The Huts can accommodate groups of up to 12 guests.

A small, intimate rustic roast buffet we catered recently to celebrate the anniversary of a very special couple. Congratulations again, A & B - we hope you had a truly beautiful day, surrounded by the people who love you most.

This custom menu included tender roast lamb with our minty Moroccan tabbouleh, sweet and spicy Spanish salada and a special summer take on our endive salad with butternut squash and an orange & honey dressing.
