⚫⚪ AS IT STANDS

How our Southern Region WFL Division 1 South Table looks after the weekends fixtures. What a really positive start to the season this has been for us a newly promoted team, sitting currently in a really comfortable position in 4th place. It's credit to all the hard work that everyone has put in behind the scenes this season so far to ensure the team could compete at this level.

We're looking forward to getting some more points on the board before the end of the season ⚽

✍️ We are delighted to announce the signing of Owen Roundell!

The defender made 348 appearances for Sholing, scoring 30 goals, and won the club’s supporters player of the season award for 2023/24, before leaving the Boatmen last month.

Manager Tim Sills said: “I'm delighted to welcome a player of Owen's calibre and experience into the squad for the rest of this season.

“Having been a loyal servant of Sholing for 11 years, I'm sure he will come in to a fresh challenge and raise the standards of everyone and himself even higher.”

Then on Sunday, Wimborne Town F.C. Women are away at AFC Portchester in their rescheduled Southern Region WFL Cup fixture.
