🥦 Sharing boards are so much more than just food on a board , it’s a way of starting conversations around a table that you may or may not know anyone but when you create with love & the best ingredients such as alongside cool brought from our , making the most of that are coming to an end 🍅 roast off some tender little courgettes & tomatoes with garlic basil & a drizzle of reduced balsamic vinegar , not forgetting the freshly steamed earthy that need no more than a sprinkle of salt and serve with fresh baked bread and a wine of your choice 💫 keep it simple, keep it seasonal & local but most of all enjoy

🍇 A wedding cheesecake fit for a king or in our case the Groom who loves his cheese and bride ( aka Mr & Mrs Seagrave ) who is partial to a fruity fruitcake & marzipan 🧀 creatively constructed by my artistic daughter 💫 on the morning of the wedding being passed a wonderfully full bag of their best and being told by her bossy mother to make it marvelous 😅 10/10 darling ✅

🍏 Me , myself & I ……
Well that’s how this all started but it definitely isn’t the case anymore!
We are having the most amazing busy summer ( personally I think Mother Nature has hopped forward a month & half ) but weather aside , I am so thankful for everyone around me and my business that are part of our green team and especially our clients and collaborators that trust us with their special events 💫 the rest of the season is spectacularly busy and bear with me if my communications go a bit adrift. 🍒 Such a great day and loved cooking for you all Spike Global

Spike Global's annual BBQ and Family Day was an absolute blast! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🏕️

From the mouth-watering spreads by Just Janey to the epic team games (Dorset Adventure Sports), our staff were treated to a fantastic day out in the stunning Dorset countryside at Charles Holland Shooting, to celebrate yet another successful year!

The fan favourites (for both kids and kids-at-heart) included the 42-foot bouncy castle bouncy castle (Bounceabout - Bouncy Castle & Inflatable Hire) and ice cream van (Fat Sams Ice Creams)! 🏰🍦

But let's not forget the highlight of the day, the Spike Olympics 2023! 🏆 It was a fierce competition, with team-building games such as tug-of-war and rounders, to classic events such as sack racing, space-hopper racing and the egg-and-spoon race!

A huge thank you goes out to our phenomenal staff for their unwavering passion and dedication to making Spike the amazing company it is today. We wouldn't be where we are without you! 👏

🍏 Today is a very rare day where I’m home all day enjoying this glorious weather and catching up with lots of overdue admin .
This lovely message from a beautiful country wedding we did the end of may makes me so proud of our team that work alongside me to create & cook for the most wonderful couples 💫
