🌲 Farmhouse food & festivities for the and what a wonderful evening it was . Thank you to all who braved the weather and supported us, it really does make a difference. Our large Yorkshire puds filled with smoked gammon, sprouts , roasted potatoes, carrots, parsnips with cheesy cheese sauce & my homemade cranberry sauce went down a treat ⭐️ or you may of tried our garlic creamy mushrooms on fried bread with extra cheese sauce and finished off with our juicy mulled soaked plums with Disaronno whipped cream ….
We’ll be back on Friday 20th December.

🌲 Farmhouse festive fun and food tonight The Forestry Bar at St Giles🌲

We are excited to be welcoming you all to the Christmas Market this evening.

Just a few reminders:
- The bar will be open between 5pm and 10pm.
- Please bring cash and card as some stalls will be cash only.
- Food will be served by the amazing Just Janey.

Parking is available in our Walled Car Park, please use the postcode BH21 5ND. Simply park in there and follow the festoon lighting across to the bar.

We look forward to seeing you all & don't forget to wrap up warm as the market will be outside.

🍏 Let’s get together again for a farmhouse feast at our lovely local country pub ….
If you don’t fancy sitting at the table on a Saturday evening then we can offer takeout for you and yours ! Just let us know if you have any questions or dietary requirements. We will be using the best .keating_butchers , I’ll be making a tasty from our , one of my favourite recipes & of course local seasonal vegetables . To finish off I’ll be making a lightly spiced fruit compote , whipped cream & meringue pudding.
I can’t wait to cook for you all and make a a little bit special 🍁🔥🍷

🍏 Saturday evening’s are made for gathering together wherever you may be but those who joined our at The Cross Keys certainly filled our with warmth and laughter while enjoying our .
We made which takes 2 days to prepare but well worth it . I made my own shortcrust base and the very best for the top , alongside mash , seasonal veg and lots of gravy made with the broth from the carcasses. Thank you for coming . Our next one will be Saturday 23rd November ✨✨

🍏 When you make and for those you care about something happens to me that wants to up level each element, so for last Saturdays for all our lovely guests they had my added of alongside for added spice and crunch ! The is always a hit as I used the best from my favorite with lashings of whole milk , sugar & . I didn’t take any photos of final golden but every bowl came back empty 🥰

🍏 When it comes down to the choosing of tableware for our clients events I am always grateful to have the very talented team to call upon ! Without doubt they are there to support and provide what we require with a friendly response which makes life much more enjoyable. A big thank you for listening to my request for as often I get asked for them and I couldn’t find them within budget anywhere else! Now I can create a for our clients with these elegant little glasses and the knowledge that they will arrive with everything else that the brilliant team at provides .

🌽 What a beautiful evening cooking over charcoal for everyone at The Forestry bar . We were so busy that didn’t get a chance to take photos of our delicious farmhouse feast ! For those fortunate enough to get to order my sister Lucinda’s fabulous home grown pork , which was a real treat 🐖 Thank you to everyone that joined us . I’m one happy
