We are so excited for Laura Shipp's workshop on the Foundations of Ayurveda at our 'Summer Healing with Eastern Wisdom' Retreat on Saturday 27th July.

This nurturing one-day retreat, hosted by Lynne Franks and curated by Laura, will also feature wellbeing workshops from Katie Blake, Sian Bradbury and Jasime Grace.

Laura will introduce Ayurvedic principles, focusing on Pitta imbalances in health and disease, as well as how a nourishing diet can balance Pitta in the Summer and heal common physical complaints.

A light Ayurvedic inspired lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

You are invited to our nurturing celebration of 'Summer Healing with Eastern Wisdom' on Saturday 27th July.

This extraordinary group of some of the country’s top wellbeing experts are coming together for a one-day retreat, hosted by Lynne Franks at her SEED Hub and lovingly curated by Laura Shipp ND.

We start the day with yoga led by Sian Bradbury. This will be followed by Laura sharing the foundations of Ayurveda; with a focus on Pitta season and food energetics.

The afternoon is all about chakras. Jasmine Grace will guide you through an uplifting workshop; and Laura will provide guidance on how to eat for our chakras. The day concludes with Katie Blake, the Skin Whisperer immersing you in a beautiful sound bath.

We are delighted to announce that independent filmmaker, writer and activist for nature, James Murray-White will be joining our panel of experts for a live Q&A after our Six Inches of Soil Screening on Wednesday.

James has been involved with 'Six Inches Of Soil' since the start, 3.5 years ago, is credited in the film as researcher & adviser, and has been enjoying representing the film at events in Cambridge, London, Leicester, and Somerset.

A keen grower since a child, James has grown veg in Ireland, Jerusalem, and even Mongolia! He has an allotment in Cambridge, where he grew up and returned to live some 7 years ago, and gets so busy with film and media work that he calls it his 'rewilding allotment'...
