Another party kit packed and ready - this time in specific colours to help with our taste-testing game at Guides this week!

I’m a leader at the Guide unit in St Cross, where this term we’ve been learning about budgeting. And what better way to put it into practice than planning a party food budget and doing some blind taste testing? 😋

We’ll be comparing popular party foods to see if the Guides can tell the difference between branded and budget versions. The party kit colours should help us keep track… 🤞

Or it might just be total chaos - but hopefully fun!

I’ve been a bit quiet here lately, but here’s why! 🥳

This week, I headed to Manchester for the Better Business Summit, and it was epic!

Not only did I take part in ’s Alternative High Street (check out the reel I shared on the Party Kit Network account ), but I was also one of five people shortlisted for the Better Business Pioneer Award. 🥰

This gave me the chance to share the story of the Party Kit Network and highlight the incredible impact that setting up and borrowing party kits has.

While I didn’t win the public vote, I was thrilled to be awarded the Highly Commended Prize by the judges—and I’m so proud!

It’s going to be a busy weekend for parties this weekend! I’ve already packed 2 party kits and have a third to pack later today 💚🥳 I will also be hosting a ‘Which Bin?’ game at the Oliver’s Battery Primary School fete this Saturday, 11.30am - 3.30pm. Came say hi and test your local recycling knowledge! ♻️

We took along our Kids Pastel party kit to a dino-themed party at the Qube Soft Play (@qubesoftplay) this weekend. It’s a fab party venue for kids.
