I love a themed meal and get really excited about trying new world cuisine recipes! I had some leftover Jamaican curry chicken from my deliveries this week so decided to create a menu with some homemade spicy beef patties, pineapple salsa and a cheeky rum cocktail (dark rum, fresh ginger, pineapple juice and angostura- try it!). The local Curry delivery was a hit! I switched it up this week with a Friday night drop off and it was the most popular yet! The menu included three different curries plus sides and raita. A lot of fun to make and deliver to Crawley residents. ******ercaterer

Engagement party on Friday- a pleasure to prepare and serve canapés for a lovely crowd! With a coeliac in the mix I opted to make everything gluten free, I love a challenge! Not pictured ; Moroccan meatballs, Canary potatoes and mini Falafel.

Courgette inspiration #2! A take on the classic stuffed marrow, an extra large courgette can be sliced into rounds to then fill with cooked ground beef and cheese (or anything your heart desires) and baked in the oven. Really tasty and surprisingly filling! Credit: my husband! ******erchef

A simple and delicious way of using some of your oversized courgettes- griddled or roasted with peppers and crispy fried onions. Here I used a potato peeler to get thin strips. This goes great with lamb, rice and a dollop of yoghurt for a Middle Eastern vibe.

A classic aperitif snack! Radishes dipped in tempered butter and dusted with flaky salt! Just as delicious with soft butter, a bowl of salt and some dipping! Yum.
