We are looking for 6 guests to allow us to cook a 3 course meal free of charge in return for allowing a photographer to follow us around and take photos .
We are thinking spring time .

As a person and major foodie , I am very passionate about all things food and the repercussions of the impact certain foods and nutrients have on my body, especially as I'm in the perimenopause stages and don't want pharma meds to guide me through this stage of my life .
I constantly research and learn about the impact of food on my body and have found that cutting out any sugar , keeping carbohydrates under 20g per say and upping my animal proteins and fat , that not only am I slowly loosing weight , my menopausal sweats have gone. The acid reflux gone.  The fidgety feet gone ! I honestly feel that having this ancestral diet , and not processed food is making feel younger and more energy,  more inspiration!!!
Please note this isn't advice this is just my journey with food and it's impact !!
