Hot Weather - Exclusively breastfed babies don't need any extra fluids such as boiled water during hot weather - just offer them more frequent breastfeeds just as we would need more frequent drinks - so do they. Mixed or bottle fed babies can have some cooled boiled water. Please share with your breastfeeding friends and check out the NHS direct info. Mindy x

The weather is beautiful so we are lucky to have such a lovely outdoor area for the children to play today! ☀️

• Parking available on site + on Wavell Way outside the shops

• + drinks to purchase from the entry stand
• LOTS of outdoor space including the park and the Badgers Patch wooded area! 🌳

Thursday business shout out to the new Hunky_Dory_Play in Alton. We visited yesterday and both my little ones absolutely loved it! The play areas are so sweet and full of fun, clean and exciting role play. The staff were amazing, so hands on with the children which was lovely because juggling time with a 4 year old and a baby can be so difficult in places like this. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Sunflower is the national flower of Ukraine and we thought it would be good to encourage people to grow sunflowers in their gardens this year to remind us what is happening in Ukraine.

This year’s Walk to School Week is taking place next week, 16 – 20 May 2022 and Hampshire is pleased that 375 schools and 90,000 pupils are taking part, helping share our key pedestrian safety message as well as encouraging families to be more active during their walk to school 🚶‍♀️🛴🚴‍♀️
The stop, look, listen and think message on this year’s design has been created by George in Year three at Ropley Primary School. The Road Safety Team hope this design as well as the supporting materials sent to all schools will help highlight the green cross code message to the children and their families.
