The Winchester Festival brings a feast of music, literature, theatre and the visual arts to the historic city of Winchester for 9 days in July. Founded in 1997, the Festival has grown to become one of the ancient capital's favourite summer events with performances taking place in locations throughout the city including the Cathedral, Guildhall, Theatre Royal, St Lawrence's Church, Winchester College, Discovery Centre, St Cross Church and Prior's Hall.
