Combined as Park Farm Cottages, they create a stylish and spacious retreat for up to 12 guests – the perfect place for your bridal party, family or friends to stay close and celebrate together.

With five flexible bedrooms that can be arranged as doubles or twins, plus cosy lounges and fully equipped kitchens, there’s space and comfort for everyone.

Enjoy the peaceful countryside setting, unwind in the private Dutch hot tub, and make the most of having your favourite people right there with you – from the night before your wedding to the morning after!! You may need it…

▶️ We do our best to accommodate viewings any day of the week & time!!
▶️ We have selected weekend dates available if you wish to have your show-around by the award winning Stacey Page Weddings team & meet them!
▶️ We are a licensed venue and will show you these ceremony areas (including the ‘Plan B’) for your special day!
▶️ We have an incredible quarry on site which has its own shepherd hut and private shower & toilet room for the couple!
▶️ We have lottsssss of parking available which is also used as the camping field!
▶️ The barn is dry hire so you can make it ENTIRELY your own day OR weekend, go crazy and style it how you wish!
▶️ Use your own suppliers, we love to meet and work new people!
▶️ The Stacey Page Weddings team are included in our hire fee so you’ve gained their incredible coordination service!
▶️ We have tables, chairs & even a very well stocked “props” cupboard for you to use, saving you lots of pennies!
▶️ We are dog friendly, so bring them along!
▶️ We have disabled loo and baby changing facility, everything is on one level too!
▶️ You have the whole week to decorate for your special day!

WAHOOOOOOO, WE GOT NEWS!! 👏🏼

We are super excited to share with you that we are in the FINAL FIVE for BEST EVENT VENUE in Hampshire for the awards! Wow!

This means we are in the finals of the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Muddy Finals, supported by Partridge of Hampshire! 🤩 We are amongst other truly wonderful local businesses so can’t believe we are in the final 5, eeeek!!

IF we are even luckier to win, we will be competing in the National Muddy Awards with the chance to win “Best of Best” across all 35 Muddy counties. Yep, this makes our palms sweat! 😰

This was a gorgeous set up for R&C special day, they used our trestle tables, chairs & draping and other bits from the barn to decorate their day but brought in many of their own bits too!

Here at The Barn at Avington, we have lots of decorative bits you can use or you can bring/hire in your own decor! The place is yours to do entirely what you wish!!

The best thing about this venue is you have the whole week to decorate at your leisure with no time restrictions. With us you can enjoy the lead up & not dread it… :)

This room can stay closed off during the day with our bifold doors, allowing your band or Dj to set up quietly in private.

If you don’t wish to extend the barns space to use this room as the dance area, it can also be used for a quiet area, entertainment room or anything else you can think of!
