Katie &Scotts's incredible wedding at Plush Tents Yurt Village the heavens opened at the weekend, but in true British spirit, everyone carried on regardless and sparkled themselves up for a three day festival wedding.

Molly and Matt married in the most beautiful village church followed by a reception at their favourite campsite in Oxfordshire with ceilidh dancing.
The whole day was about what they loved as a couple and inviting their family and friends to share their joy.

Samie is the most amazing person - not just an exceptional photographer, but someone who brings her whole self, her heart and soul into the day.

It was such a joy to have her photograph our wedding in Ibiza, she organised it and advised so that she could capture such special aspects of the day beforehand as well as our service. She helped us think about the light and locations without it feeling in any way like a photo shoot. Samie seemed to instinctively know what we wanted and kept things natural and beautiful and it seemed to come so easily to her. There was no stress.

At a small wedding it would be easy to feel overwhelmed by having a professional photographer there, but we felt like we had simply invited a beautiful soul and life long friend.

The photos Samie produced, and sent us in a beautiful wooden box and USB, captured every moment perfectly and we will treasure them, and the memory of that time forever. I really couldn't recommend Samie more highly for natural, real beautiful photos and the joy of having her on your special day.

Winter has arrived and I am feeling that sting this morning!

Don't let winter stop you from having the best shoots, its possibly the best time of year as the light is so picture perfect.

One of my favourite winter pre wedding shoots at Virginia Waters in Ascot with the lovely Andy & Ilana, our fingers were numb and we were in a snow blizzard (yes a snow blizzard) but we loved every minute and carried on regardless.

You might get lucky with snow, but if not our light is perfect right now for a cosy winter shoot. Don't wait until Spring!

You don't have to be getting married to get together and have a winter shoot like this, they are worth it trust me.

Samie Lee was our wedding photographer and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with the results.
Samie is laid back and calm, and made us feel at ease throughout. She captured amazing photos of the entire day, capturing wonderful candid shots when it felt like she wasn’t even there.
She scouted out our wedding venue and found great locations for all the different types of pictures.
We received the pictures digitally in less than 3 weeks, which was amazing as we were still feeling the buzz from the day.
Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Part one of this special wedding in Ibiza!

I love getting back to this special Island visiting friends and especially going back for a wedding! Thanks to Andy and Laura for inviting me to photograph this very beautiful and emotional wedding.

A pre wedding evening at Es Xarcu beach to board two beautiful boats for a trip to Es Vedra the famous magnetic rock. A swim at sunset followed by a picnic with champagne. A perfect way to start the celebrations with family and friends.

What a joy to get to photograph in my home town! a beautiful intimate wedding with a mix of English and French family and friends.
Philippe and Alice chose to keep their day informal and relaxed. They were married in Lytham St annes at St Peter's church followed by an intimate meal at the The Red Pump Inn in Clitheroe ( my new favourite).
