A Wisbech gym is celebrating after being named gym of the year for the east of England and East Midlands - a year after first opening its doors.

A Huge Thank You to Our Amazing Boxcross Community! 🌟

We didn’t win the UK Gym of the Year vote, but we are incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved together in such a small town.

In under 12 months of trading—most of our growth happening in the last 3 months since opening our bodybuilding side—we’ve shown what’s possible when a community comes together.

To put things into perspective:

🏆 The winners have been trading for over 14 years in a city with 20 times Wisbech’s population.

🥈 2nd place has been open over 6 years in one of the largest cities in the UK with 50 times our population.

🥉 3rd place has been running for 12+ years, just outside the UK’s second-largest city, with a local population 10 times that of Wisbech.

Finishing 5th against these giants is an incredible achievement! And with the ambitious plans we have for growth, imagine what we can accomplish in areas with larger populations.

We’re so proud of what we’ve built here at Boxcross UK, and this is just the beginning. We’re already frantically sourcing new premises to bring the Boxcross experience to new locations.
