Congratulations to the new bride and groom Mr and Mrs Portell who we had the pleasure of catering for, for their wedding breakfast at Sancroft Barns at the beginning of June.

An absolutely stunning venue for our showstopper graze with the added Greek traditions 🇬🇷 such as Greek salads and flat breads requested from the bride Ailsa.

Our Norfolk Style Flat Lay Graze Table created for a private event at Dobbies! 🌼🌿

This was a nut free table with the ‘Norfolk Style’ upgrade of butchers sausage rolls and pork pie’s. Along side the graze table we also made separate graze plates to accommodate a couple of gluten free guests.

Thank you for being so welcoming and we look forward to working together again in the future 🌿

Taleggio is a washed-rind cheese that is strong in aroma but relatively gentle in taste, with sweet notes and a fruity tang.

It originates as far back at the 10th Century. During maturation it is regularly dry salted or brine washed to develop its distinctive salmon-pink rind and pungent aroma.

🌶️ 🍯 PORK AND HOT HONEY 🍯 🌶️ | 60% of you guys fancied abit of our pork and hot honey. As such we’ve made a good ol’ batch of these ready for the week ahead. We’ve all had a try and all enjoyed. Nice warmth from the chilli with some sweetness running through at the end from the honey. Defo worth trying one or two on your next visit!
