With the weather finally becoming warmer, Braxted Park Estate is hosting an open day for The National Garden Scheme to raise money for nursing & health charities.

Tuesday4th June 2024.
10am – 3:30pm
Adult £7.50 & Child £5.

Enjoy a light lunch in our Walled Garden, roam through the exhibitor’s stalls and wander the grounds will be of the Estate to admire our gardening team’s hard work.

Let’s Talk Trash Festival 2024

After the incredible success of The Let’s Talk Trash festival last year, Braxted Park Estate has collaborated with Maldon District Council & Essex Country Council to invite local schools and their students to take part in a variety of activities to raise awareness on the current climate and to shift behavioural changes around littering.

The event is aimed at year 6 students and secondary school students between the ages of 11-13 years old.

The festival has already proved hugely popular and only a number of places remain.

Over £80,000.00 were raised at this year’s Art at the park exhibition which was held on the estate back in February.

This is thanks to the talented local and National artists who exhibited their art, but also to all those that visited us and purchased these fantastic pieces.

Funds raised went towards the amazing charity who support families going through various difficult situations without judgement.

Braxted are hugely proud to have been a part of such an amazing achievement and a special thanks to everyone involved.

Last night was the long awaited opening night of Art at the Parks exhibition at Braxted.

Brilliant artists from across the country showcased their talents and displayed various paintings, sculptures, ceramics and much more.

Braxted have the pleasure of hosting The Farleigh Hospice Black Tie Ball on Saturday 16th March 2024.

Fizz and canapés will start the night followed by a delicious 3 course meal and finishing with live entertainment and dancing.
The night will consist of various auctions and raffles, and will raise money for the incredible charity. Funds raised will help individuals affected by life-limiting illnesses and offer those around them bereavement support.

Come along to the Art at the Park Exhibition, running from the 1st to the 4th of February, here at Braxted Park Estate.

A unique and contemporary Art Show, featuring 70 local and national artists. All proceeds will be going to Home Start Essex, a Family Support Charity. As well as supporting a worthwhile charity, you will have the chance to buy original pieces of art within the historic backdrop of Braxted Park.

As the estate closes for the Christmas break, we wanted to take this time to thank all the familiar faces that returned to the estate for our annual Braxted Park Grand Ball and to those we had the pleasure of hosting for the first time.

A weekend of art exhibitions to raise funds for Home-Start Essex, a local charity supporting children, parents & caregivers to help give children the best possible start in life.

Over 50 local and national artists are exhibiting, including many sought after names alongside new and emerging talent.

Synonymous, hosted a spectacular evening of entertainment with Harry Redknapp that raised over £12,353.55 for charity at Braxted Park.

Guests got to enjoy an evening with Harry Redknapp hosted by Ronnie Irani. The event was organised in support of the Essex-based charity, The Tom Bowdidge Youth Cancer Foundation, and was made possible thanks to private practice manager software provider MidexPRO.

Guests gathered to enjoy a three-course meal with a surprise sweet treat to finish, created in honour of the special guest with a well-known affection for Jam Roly-Poly. VIP guests enjoyed a special drinks reception in the stunning main house Orangery, with Harry and Ronnie joining to mingle with guests and have their pictures taken.
The main event saw Harry Redknapp recount stories from an illustrious career in football, while good friend Ronnie Irani kept the conversation flowing with probing questions collected from the audience.

The entertainment was paired with several fundraising initiatives on the night, including a raffle, live auction, and silent auction, all of which got guests out of their seats. The incredible generosity of guests on the night raised £11,853.55 for the Tom Bowdidge Youth Cancer Foundation, supporting Essex families facing the significant costs that cancer brings. A further £600 was raised for Prostate Cancer UK.

We are determined to continue our fundraising efforts for local causes as we support the Lennox Children's Cancer Fund at our next event, ‘An Evening of Boxing’ on Thursday, March 7th, 2024 on the estate.
