It’s taken me a few days to post this as It’s taken me this long to come back down to earth from the high I got from cooking for you, IN PERSON! Oh what a joyful two nights popping up at the wonderful in Charlbury. There’s something just so gratifying of seeing people happy, buzzy and eating my food!
I tried to create a menu which was different from those I have done over the past 18 months of lockdown; while using as many locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
The Chillies used in everything from the ceviche to the pudding were lovingly grown by as were the green tomatillos used for the salsa on the tamales. The corn came from and and the fish off some little boats in Cornwall and freshly delivered by the incredible flowers grown by Fred from

I can’t wait to the next popup supper club. Just working out the details before I can share! It made me realise how much I LONG for in person interaction! So hit me up with collaboration ideas! I’m in!

Hola! I just wanted to jump on and say a huge thank you to all of you lovely people who have kept me so very busy recently. The best part about it has been most of our clients have come from word of mouth. I find that so cool- liking something enough to recommend a friend is genuinely heaven to someone like me. I pour my heart and soul into each and every dish and beautiful feedback is just such a welcome feeling of gratitude. So, here’s me packing up some GF filet, avocado, roasted red pepper, arugula and bean wraps. I hope everyone has a lovely weekend!! X

Sweet corn season is finally here! My favourite taste of summer. (After tomatoes, naturally…) we like to pan roast them in their husk, which gives you the sweetest Smokey flavour. Then we lather them up with homemade Mayo, chilli powder, fresh cheese and a generous squeeze of lime. These remind me so much of the Mexico City flower market, which I love visiting with my mother. We always make a point to pick up an elote along the way!

We are constantly trying to come up with fresh veggie alternatives that make you say wow. We got inspired by our vegan friend when creating these. We marinated watermelon in ponzu and habanero, then placed on a crispy tortilla layered with smashed pinto beans and topped with crispy sweet onion and a few chilli slices for good measure! I had the pleasure of cooking for my dear client and friend Christina over the weekend. Over the past twelve years, I have filled my suitcase with specialised ingredients and whisks to fly across the world and cook for her birthday celebrations! We have celebrated together in Hong Kong, Paris, Portugal, and the UK. Always having chile con carne center stage. This year, making it covid friendly meant no more grazing and sharing but individual filling canapés. Thank you Chris for being my biggest supporter; your birthday is always my favourite catering of the year! It was wonderful seeing all your family and friends again, and your stunning new home!!

It was my birthday last week, and I was lucky enough to drive down to Cornwall for a few days of relaxation and oh what a wonderful time we had. We timed our visit to the beach with the tide, and gathered mussels! I had never done this and can honestly say it’s one of the best things I’ve done! We drove them home and cooked them on the fire with white wine and cream. They were breathtakingly delicious! There’s nothing better than food you have gathered yourself. I paired them with local rock samphire and a sauce made of wild garlic. What’s your favourite thing to forage for?? Special thanks to my bestie for taking me on this adventure x

Who’s ready for some tacos this weekend!!?? Get in touch for menus! We have had lots of request for fish tacos, and with the wild garlic all around we have created the most divine marinade we will be using. We are also creating a Passover menu, with all the classics and a Mexican twist. Keep your eyes peeled!
