We welcomed in March in Sarsden by providing the menu to celebrate the launch of the very talented author novel The Portrait Artist. The novel is set in 1890 London, Oxford and Oxfordshire and Dani requested a menu to celebrate local produce. Bibury trout with new potatoes and Oxfordshire wild garlic pesto made with Cotswold Gold cold pressed rapeseed oil, Spring risotto with asparagus, broad beans and peas, Cotswold crunch apple crumble, English cheese board, Rollright, Baron Bigod, Pitchfork Cheddar, Windrush Valley Goats cheese, Colston Bassett Stilton
