I’m running a FREE Introduction to Hypnobirthing Session on:

Join me, Laura, former experienced midwife turned hypnobirthing teacher for an informal session to learn about how hypnobirthing works and how it can make you feel calmer and more confident about giving birth. Plus, I’ll be busting some common myths and you can ask me any questions you have!!

I’ll be talking about:
💜 Who I am and how Hypnobirthing helped me during my pregnancy and birth
💜 What hypnobirthing is, how it works and how it can help you
💜 The impact fear and stress has on your body in pregnancy and birth
