Losing a baby of any age is so hard.

It’s nice knowing that there is an official record somewhere that they existed and that we will never forget them!

We are saddened by the news of her Majesty’s passing. One of our biggest challenges this year was in honour of her Platinum Jubilee.

Below is an amazing poem, that captures the moment beautifully. Author and poem referenced below.

Phillip came to me today,
and said it was time to go.
I looked at him and smiled,
as i whispered that "I know"

I then turned and looked behind me,
and seen I was asleep.
All my Family were around me,
and I could hear them weep.

I gently touched each shoulder,
with Phillip by my side.
Then I turned away and walked,
with My Angel guide.

Phillip held my hand,
as he lead the way,
to a world where King's and Queens,
are Monarch's every day.

I was given a crown to wear
or a Halo known by some.
The difference is up here,
they are worn by everyone.

I felt a sense of peace,
my reign had seen its end.
70 years I had served my Country,
as the peoples friend.

Thank you for the years,
for all your time and love.
Now I am one of two again,
in our Palace up above.

It’s normal to feel regret after someone dies. 💜

You might regret things you said or didn't get to say to them while they were alive, or regret not spending enough time with them.

Writing a letter to the person who died is a really helpful way to manage regret.

The death of a sibling can be extremely hard to process. 💜

Siblings hold a unique place in our lives and you might experience a range of emotions after their death, such as:

👉 Confusion
👉 Shock
👉 Loss of youth
👉 Or like your grief doesn't matter

It's important to know your grief does matter and that it's okay to reach out for support.

A beautiful coincidence! The first photo is a family's floral tribute for a lady I helped them say goodbye to. The 2nd is a spray that another mourner bought on her way, from a different florist. They were identical blooms and she had no idea of what the family had chosen!
