Linda Murray-Hitchen, Professional Celebrant

Linda Murray-Hitchen, Professional Celebrant I promise to give you a ceremony as unique and special as you are. Ceremonies include weddings, funerals and baby namings

As individuals, your ceremony, whether if be your wedding, a baby naming service, a funeral for a loved one or a celebration for any another occasion, should reflect that individuality. Any service that I help you with will be bespoke and personal, not off the shelf and will be written for you, for your loved ones, for you as a couple and for your family. I will help make your celebration special

for you. Whether it be helping with wedding vows or writing a special eulogy. I will help deliver the service that you have dreamt of and imagined, I may laugh with you and I may cry with you but, I promise your ceremony will be memorable, unique and personal. You may chose to enhance your service with hand fasting, a cocktail or sand ceremony and I can help with that. I look forward to meeting you so that together we can make memories to last a lifetime.

We are saddened by the news of her Majesty’s passing. One of our biggest challenges this year was in honour of her Platinum Jubilee.

Below is an amazing poem, that captures the moment beautifully. Author and poem referenced below.

Phillip came to me today,
and said it was time to go.
I looked at him and smiled,
as i whispered that "I know"

I then turned and looked behind me,
and seen I was asleep.
All my Family were around me,
and I could hear them weep.

I gently touched each shoulder,
with Phillip by my side.
Then I turned away and walked,
with My Angel guide.

Phillip held my hand,
as he lead the way,
to a world where King's and Queens,
are Monarch's every day.

I was given a crown to wear
or a Halo known by some.
The difference is up here,
they are worn by everyone.

I felt a sense of peace,
my reign had seen its end.
70 years I had served my Country,
as the peoples friend.

Thank you for the years,
for all your time and love.
Now I am one of two again,
in our Palace up above.

Edited - poem by Joanne Boyle (Heartfelt), beautiful words and so well written.

You might regret things you said or didn't get to say to them while they were alive, or regret not spending enough time with them.

A beautiful coincidence! The first photo is a family's floral tribute for a lady I helped them say goodbye to. The 2nd is a spray that another mourner bought on her way, from a different florist. They were identical blooms and she had no idea of what the family had chosen!

A beautiful setting for a family to say farewell of a loved one today.
