**Gregynog Hall Halloween Event**

Good morning all,
We would like to confirm to guests that due to issues with the venue and team feedback we have sadly taken the decision to cancel our planned event on 26th October.
We have been working on an alternative plan which is why emails are yet to go out to guests, as we would have preferred to have the full details available to you prior to any announcements.

Thank you to those of you who have forwarded to us the unsolicited emails you have received directly from the venue. Like many of you, we too are disappointed at the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by those involved and recent actions have further cemented our view that this venue is not one we wish to work with in future.

Please keep an eye on your inboxes for details of refunds/options.
