We are now recruiting experienced part-time waiting staff to join our restaurant at the prestigious golf club in Tettenhall. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced waiter/waitress looking to take the next step and further their career with us.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
To collect food from the kitchen and deliver seamlessly from kitchen to table
To ensure that the side stations are kept clean at all times
Maintain exceptional restaurant standards
Prepare your section to set standards prior to service, ensuring all mise en place is fully prepared, carrying out daily schedules, and collecting required items from stores
Keep up to date with all food menus, current promotions, and new products to enable you to serve and recommend to our members and guests
Ensure tables are cleared in a swift but discreet manner
Consistently deliver high standards of customer service
Working closely with other members of staff to ensure daily duties are carried out successfully
Always respond to member’s queries and escalate if necessary
General ad hoc duties.
Skills
Must be conscientious, punctual and of smart appearance with good communication skills. Must be able to work as part of a small team.
