Anyone else growing prize docks?
It's good to get back onto the beds after they were rock hard with the frosts that we have had. Need to get on and do while we can before the weather turns again!
Anyone else growing prize docks? Thank goodness we can dig the ground again after it was so rock hard with the frosts recently.
Got to make the most of what you are able to do before the weather changes again!

These farewell flowers are from a few months ago. There is something warming and pleasing about autumnal colours.
Completely compostbale, no nasty single use plastics, oasis or ribbon.
Natural beautiful flowers for a very natural ending.
Leave nothing behind but memories.......
A little tour of some spring flowers for next year to give cheer that spring will come again and with it beautiful flowers...we have just got to get through this next storm now....

At last we have made a start planting the tulips. I've decided to put some in crates and some in the ground this year.
Sort of hedging my bets after the disaster with the rodents last year.
I've also made a decision not to plant so many but to plant many, many more of different varieties of narcissi.
The reason being, that along with the sweet rocket, anemones and perhaps some early ranunculus, they will all together make some smashing mixed spring bouquets next year for you all to enjoy!
