Passionate about showcasing the very best of Lincolnshire’s local produce, Ian (our talented Head Chef) takes pride in sourcing ingredients from within a 30-mile radius wherever possible. Working closely with local farms, artisan producers and suppliers, he ensures that ethically raised meats, seasonal vegetables and fresh, high-quality ingredients take centre stage in each delicious dish.
