We recently visited and toured the event facilities at the Royal Lancaster London. Boasting a prime location, just a stone’s throw from Lancaster Gate station and Hyde Park with close proximity to Paddington Station!
One of the standout features of the hotel’s event spaces is the variety and flexibility on offer. The largest space, the Nine Kings suite, is grand and sophisticated, with natural light, high ceilings, and a capacity for 1,000-1500 guests. With its own private entrance and many options available for branding. A second ballroom space, The Westbourne Suite can also accommodate 900-1500 guests – meaning it’s the perfect conference venue to transition between day/evening events.
7 additional spaces in the hotel boast floor to ceiling windows and striking views over Hyde Park and can accommodate meetings, private dining and smaller conferences from 6-150 guests in a variety of layouts. The award-winning restaurant, Nipa Thai, is also available for private dinners and events.
