The Mayor of Worcester, Councillor Mel Allcott, and Consort Andy Lee, would like to invite you to their Pride and Prejudice themed Charity Banquet in the Assembly Room at the Guildhall on Friday 28th March 2025 at 6.45pm.

Organised in collaboration with the Mayor’s Charity, Perdiswell Young People’s Leisure Club, the evening will include a drinks reception with entertainment in the Lower Hall, a 3-course dinner in the Assembly Room with a full programme of live entertainment, a silent auction, live auction of donated items and a raffle.

Saturday 24 Aug is Ukrainian Independence Day – come to the Guildhall to Make Noise for Ukraine, 12-4pm. Tea, coffee and cakes will be provided, with a celebration of Ukrainian culture.
At 1pm the Ukrainian national anthem will be performed, followed by a minute’s silence to honour those who have died since the war began.
Give your vocal support to liberty.
We will not be silent when freedom is challenged.
The Guildhall will be lit yellow and blue in the evening.

We will be marking the day with a commemoration service between 10.30am and 11.30am.
