Cocktail hour! Well, why not? 🍸

When your marquee wedding is in the middle of a field of course you’re going to make the most of the space. We created a photo booth area and hired the fabulous team from The Creative Cocktail Company to serve guests their favourite cocktails into the evening.

It was the place to be when not on the dance floor!

For someone who’s a self confessed FOODIE, helping you create a feast for your event is absolute heaven for me!

One of my favourite things about planning weddings and corporate events is how different your choices are when it comes to catering.

There’s been traditional, sit down, three course meals, an abundance of canapés and platters, street food, feasting tables, pizza vans, BBQs, seafood, vegan… you name it we’ve created it!

I LOVE when couples bring their personalities into the day. For this wedding, the Groom was a huge fan of classic cars - with an impressive collection - and they wanted to bring this particular model into the decor for the marquee - so we made it the backdrop for their Photo Booth. What a brilliant idea!

I’ve never known an order of the day not looked at by guests - we all like to know a plan for the day and weddings are no different!

Utilising the glass doors Barns & Yard at Hanley Hall is an amazing way to save space and create something eye catching for your friends and family.

Working with brands for their events is where it all started for me - I’ve had the pleasure of working with a number of high end brands, including the fabulous team at Talking Tables.

I’ve been working with Clare and the team since 2021 on their internal events.

This 2 day festival in Gloucestershire encapsulated the fun the team radiates, along with a huge focus on the wellbeing of its staff.

I included mindfulness and tapping workshops, yoga classes, circus skills with the magnificent Kai, how to create a sustainable capsule wardrobe for work and home - not to mention incredible food from The Cotswold Platter Co & The Lazy Pig Co, followed by a gin masterclass and drinks from Sibling Gin with live music all day from Mister Kanish, Matthew Bee and Pat McIntyre.

When your venue is blessed with a beautiful countryside landscape, you’ll want to make the most of it.

For J&J’s Autumnal wedding, they opted for an indoor ceremony and sit down feasting tables, as well as a stretched tent outside the barn venue to ensure guests had the luxury of the outdoor space no matter the weather.

We really made the most of what Bredon Manor had to offer by using all the spaces they provide. The stretch tent played host to afternoon tea, evening chatter and a change of scenery for their guests to enjoy!

I love the versatility a marquee can bring to a venue.
